<p style="text-align:justify;">Per anni abbiamo proposto un modello di vendita basato su una relazione di fiducia tra acquirente e venditore e sulla continuità legata al mantenimento della relazione. Oggi, si sa, il consumatore è poco fedele e sempre alla ricerca di nuove opportunità e sempre più in difficoltà nel seguire un solo brand, un solo produttore, un solo punto vendita. Con l&#8217;avvento dei Social e dei sistemi di aggregazione web la possibilità di confrontarsi con altri consumatori e di reperire opinioni su qualsiasi cosa conferisce agli acquirenti, effettivi e potenziali, un potere sia di pensiero che di azione sempre meno orientabile. I nuovi <em>driver</em> della comunicazione tra acquirente e venditori, tra domanda e offerta, non attengono più specificatamente alle caratteristiche dei prodotti per i quali i primi dimostrano di essere molto avveduti e informati, quanto piuttosto  a tutta quella serie di fattori intangibili &#8220;soft&#8221; che creano <em>emapatia, attrazione, affinità, emozioni positive, vicinzanza, similitudine, accoglimento</em>. Il recupero di alcuni valori di &#8220;approccio&#8221; possono fare davvero la differenza nel mare magnum dell&#8217;appiattimento dell&#8217;offerta che tenta soltanto debolmente di apparire innovativa e quasi mai lo è nel concetto. Tra questi valori ci sono la &#8220;gentilezza&#8221; termine dato per scontato quanto la sua &#8220;pratica&#8221; ma quanti venditori si rendono davvero conto che &#8220;<em>gentilezza</em>&#8221; non è dire le cose con il sorriso (o almeno non soltanto) ma è soprattutto avere attenzione per la persona, per il cliente e le sue emozioni, il suo mondo, interessandosi innanzittutto alla ragione per la quale, anche soltanto una volta, ha acquistato il nostro prodotto o si è avvalso dei nostri servizi. Ancora troppo spesso, in tanti punti vendita,  piccoli store o grandi catene, si assite ad una totale mancanza di attenzione al cliente come  &#8220;persona&#8221;, determinata da comportamenti spesso approssimativi e ancora più spesso supponenti. I nuovi must nel management aziendale ci parlano di un&#8217;organizzazione e di un marketing che guarda alla salvaguardia dell&#8217;ambiente come prova di orientamenti virtuosi, se a questo aggiungiamo una revisione delle dinamiche di relazione con il mercato, a tutti i livelli della catena distributiva, i vantaggi economici saranno oltremodo tangibili, soprattutto in un periodo di massacrante crisi come questo.</p>

Operare in&#8221;oceani blu&#8221;, non insanguinati dalla lotta competitiva sarebbe il nuovo imperativo per le aziende, o quanto meno un obiettivo da perseguire. E&#8217; stata sicuramente un&#8217;eccellente operazione di marketing (da cui dovremmo imparare!), basata sulla trovata di un titolo originale, un sottotitolo intrigante, nuove &#8220;etichette&#8221; per alcuni vecchi concetti, una campagna di comunicazione molto mirata, e il prestigio delle business school che ne hanno sponsorizzato il lancio (Harvad e INSEAD).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Il principale contributo del libro è quello di aver richiamato l&#8217;attenzione del mondo del marketing sull&#8217;importanza di individuare e sfruttare nuovi settori e nuovi spazi di mercato, in cui, almeno inizialmente, non vi è un sistema competitivo, o quanto meno trovare nuove modalità competitive che spiazzino i concorrenti per periodi più o meno lunghi.<br />
Tuttavia, chi abbia letto il libro si sarà reso conto che l&#8217;affermazione &#8220;vincere, senza competere&#8221; è come minimo azzardata in molti casi, inclusi alcuni citati dagli autori a supporto della loro tesi. Inoltre, l&#8217;approccio puramente qualitativo da essi adottato impedisce di mettere concretamente in pratica molti dei loro pur utili suggerimenti.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Questo corso integra e migliora tale approccio in modo sistematico, rendendolo praticabile in qualsiasi situazione di mercato, con una particolare attenzione all&#8217;obiettivo di destinare in modo ottimale le risorse disponibili.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">In &#8220;extrema ratio&#8221; si registrano anche forme più radicali di &#8220;cambi di rotta&#8221; dei progetti personali di vita.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Non vi è dubbio che il fenomeno riveli un&#8217;inversione di tendenza rispetto al consumismo più esteso e che in qualche modo deve portare con sè una riflessione: minaccia o opportunità per i nuovi scenari di mercato. Quali spazi di proposta offre e quali ne toglie? Si prospetta soltanto l&#8217;era di consumatori più consapevoli e semplicemente meno sfrenati o dovremmo sospettare una rivoluzione più ampia?</p>
